Shipping Policy

1. Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states via USPS and UPS.

• Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $5.99 flat rate
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.99 flat rate
• Free Shipping: Orders over $35 (USPS Ground Advantage, 5–8 business days)

Free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts, before tax.

3. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

4. Delivery Issues

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5. Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours. After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee address changes.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship to United States addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time.

7. PO Boxes & APO/FPO

We ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses via USPS.
