WatchGearLab sells compatible accessories for smartwatches. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., Garmin Ltd., Samsung Electronics, Google LLC, Suunto Oy, COROS Wearables Inc., or Polar Electro Oy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using watchgearlab.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Products & Compatibility

WatchGearLab sells third-party compatible accessories (bands, cases, chargers) for smartwatches. Compatibility is based on publicly available manufacturer specifications.

Smartwatch model images and brand names are used for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

Buyers should verify compatibility with their specific watch model before purchase.

3. Pricing & Orders

All prices are in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. The final price is confirmed at checkout before payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We accept major credit cards as presented at checkout.

5. Shipping

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Limited Warranty

WatchGearLab provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse
Unauthorized modification or repair
Cosmetic changes that do not affect use

8. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, code) is the property of WatchGearLab or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WatchGearLab operates. Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
